      Exclusive Auto Shipping was contracted by myself and paid $400 to assign a carrier compa** to pick up 2 vehicles from *** **** and ship to *******. 01/10/2022 - A carrier was was found by Exclusive auto shipping to ship both vehicles. 01/18/2022 - I received a call from the carrier explaining both vehicles were scheduled to be picked up from the dealership on 01/19/2022 in ********* *** ****. 01/19/2022 - vehicles were not picked up by the carrier as scheduled. My phone calls/ text messages were ignored by Exclusive auto shipping and the assigned carrier. Exclusive auto sales and the carrier failed to communicate with me and did not return text messages and/or calls to me. 01/20/2022 - I contacted exclusive auto sales via text message and phone in addition to contacted the carrier and did not receive a text or call back until after 10 o’clock Eastern standard time when I canceled the services due the vehicles were not picked up and lack of Communication Exclusive Auto Shipping has Fabricated facts regarding the events surrounding my vehicles not being picked up on 01/19/2022 by the assigned carrot. Exclusive auto sales only contacted me on 01/20/2022 because I requested to cancel the services that were not provided.on 01/19/2022 as the carrier communicated on 01/18/2022. 01/21/2022 - I hired another broker/carrier to pick up my vehicles. Unfortunately, my vehicles were picked up by another carrier due to incompetence and lack of communication from exclusive auto shipping. I am requesting a 100% refund due to services were not provided and we (exclusive shipping auto and I) are not able to come to a applicable resolution.

      Our experience with ***** (Exclusive Auto Shipping) was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did he fail to deliver on his promises, but he also managed to scam ** out of $825. The level of incompetence displayed by this company is appalling.I feel compelled to share our harrowing experience with *****, whom we unfortunately discovered was engaged in questionable practices, akin to a scammer dipping into two pots. Our ordeal began when my sister entrusted him with an auto shipping order.***** initially presented himself as a reputable broker, assuring my sister of a smooth and secure transaction. However, it became glaringly evident that he was involved in a scam that not only exploited my sister but also tarnished the integrity of the auto shipping.The scam did not stop there. The imposter, posing as the Vision Transport owner, shamelessly communicated with me during the delivery process and cunningly coerced an additional $1800 from Muna via Zelle. It was a distressing realization that I had fallen victim to an elaborate scheme orchestrated by ***** and the scammer in cahoots.Despite my ordeal, *****'s response to the situation was far from satisfactory. He attempted to shift blame and downplay his involvement, making it abundantly clear that he was dipping into two pots, manipulating both the broker and carrier aspects of the transaction for his benefit. He exploited us into paying additional fees for which we never had an agreement.It is disheartening to realize that *****, the very person entrusted with facilitating a smooth auto shipping process, was instrumental in orchestrating a scam that left My sister and myself financially strained and emotionally distraught. This warning serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering *****'s services. Beware of entrusting your valuable assets to someone who is evidently willing to engage in deceitful practices, leaving unsuspecting customers like myself to bear the brunt of his unethical actions

      This customer continues to slander me on multiple review platforms even after we were all scammed. I have a detailed response from her brother's and her review on Yelp!. This was an unfortunate situation whereby my company was scammed. But the onus is not all on me. Here's my response:The customer signed my contract so that Vision Transport would move her cars from MN to OR. A different carrier showed up, *********** **** with a Bill of Lading (the 'final' contract with the carrier) with their name and order number on it, and **** signed this bill of lading. If she had read the bill of lading, she would have noticed it was the wrong company she she wouldn't have been in a situation where a new carrier is now strong-arming her for more money than she agreed to spend. I don't know exactly how this happened, nor can I prove it as there were multiple parties involved that muddies the waters. It was very elaborate, and even I'm surprised as it's the first scam I witnessed in over 10 years in this industry.Long story short: the customer signed over her cars to a different carrier because she thought she didn't need to read the bill of lading. It's extremely unfortunate, but she ended up spending $2150 total. And that's the same amount she signed with my company. It was a headache, and I know we are all not happy with how everything occurred, but my company lost the profit AND sent her additional money to help with the headache as I felt partially responsible for the headache. That's why I compensated her accordingly. If I sent another $825, I would essentially be paying for the transport.
