My one year old has been going to this daycare and the director is absolutely rude. I refused to sign the incident report as well as his father as we are working with corporate to get cameras reviewed as i have watched my son get hit on camera yet i am only told when my son defends himself. There was an incident where he was standing in a baby kitchen sink with no way to get out and when i asked a teacher who was sitting 5 feet away reading a magazine to not allow him to climb in there she stated Im not his teacher without looking up from her book. Yet she is the only adult in the room with my child. I went today to ask the director to remove my mother as a point of contact and she told me why dont i remove my son from the school and attempted to toss a dis enrollment paper on the desk in front of me. As i told her she is not the reason my son attends this school. My son has been going here a while and loves the other kids and vice versa but the level of care when it comes down to the children. They are not being watched. 5 to 10 minutes will go by of kids hitting each other with the teacher in the room and its not stopped. They walk right by and do other things. There was an issue I had where one teacher in a bigger room used the same pair of gloves to change 5 children and I had to contact corporate because she was the only one in the room with about 12 kids of ranging ages after morning time at 1pm when there should be other teachers there assisting to watch and there should not be such a range of big to infants in one room. Any time I have asked to speak to the director Im transferred to the teacher or the assistant after I make it clear that its a serious matter and I need to speak to the person in charge. They do not answer the phone, do not answer the parent talk app as Ive submitted proof to corporate, and I have heard the director whispering to tell the teacher what to say to me and when I asked to speak to her myself Im told she is not available.
