Parents need to know what kind of people run this daycare and how vile they are. These people are not nice people, and I honestly do not know how they live with themselves. I highly doubt they will accept any of the things my daughter went through at their daycare if they were in my shoes. I was practically tip toing and choosing my words carefully, remaining extremely calm, for the sake of not causing a scene and being labeled "that mom." Every single time an accident happen, the bruises, bumps, cuts, etc. A lot of which goes on noticed and again, for the sake of not wanting to be that mom, I said nothing at all. The very first day we took her to this daycare, there was an incident report. I wish I had listened to my gut feeling when this happened, but I really wanted this to work out since ******** seemed nice at the time and apologized.As a mother, I do care deeply for my child and would go the extra mile to make sure things are easier for the caregivers, and I have done so. When they told me she stopped acting herself, and that she's more quiet, I was concerned what changed and thought of contacting the owner about the incidents we have had. We have had several incidents since enrollment, but major incidents on 12/19/23, 1/19/24, 1/22/24, 1/24/24, 1/31/24, 2/5/24 - Incidents such as large bump on head, bruises and unexplained cuts on her face, putting her on an outfit that doesn't belong to her, etc. This was pretty much back to back and I've pretty much handled this calmly until now. My child is under one and cannot speak or let me know what's happening, so I have to advocate for her. Before this, we have had conversations with ******** and we hoped things would get better. Yesterday, I decided to reach out to the owners of the school to let them know our concerns. And their response was dismissive and at the end, they told us to find another daycare. I don't know how many parents they've done this to but putting it out there to help other parents.
