I definitely recommend this company! I called them because I had a water spot on the ceiling of my bedroom. Erik , the General Manager came out, checked the roof and attic. He find a leak in the pipe connecting my tankless gas heater and the vent on the roof. All of this did not cost me anything, the inspection was free. There aren't too many company out there anymore with the service and professionalism of Rapid Recovery Team.

Rapid Recovery is highly recommended by us. We have used them on two different occasions for two different houses. When we realized we needed the work done in the second house, we knew the only company / person we could call was *****. He met us on his day off. We explained our situation, he inspected the second house and rearranged his schedule to meet our very tight timeframe. ***** always makes sure the job is done to perfection. If you have a crisis situation at your house, you want to call Rapid Recovery.

Rapid Recovery was extremely professional , responsive and communicative. Every step of the way they made sure I knew what was to be expected of my mold remediation and repairs. They showed up on time and made sure all of my questions were answered. I can’t say enough about how kind Steve is! It was such a relief to us to feel comfortable and confident with this team while we were undergoing a very overwhelming situation. I’ve also been working with Anthony on the repair side and he has also been a great resource. We’re very happy with the quick response of the repairs and the professionalism of each worker we’ve encountered. They have been clean and neat as well!

Rapid Recovery Team came out to my home to test for mold. They provided professionalism and prompt service. The results of the mold testing came back right away. On September 18, 2022, at around 8 p.m. I got a call from my husband telling me I needed to come home right away because a pipe had burst under the bathroom vanity and water had been spilling out for hours. I got home to at least an inch of water in the master bathroom, bedroom, closets, and even some coming out into the living room. I panicked and didn’t know where to start but I remembered seeing in the Palm Beach County Best Picks Report Guide companies that dealt with Water Damage and Mold Remediation. We had just received that guide in the mail. I called the first company listed but no one answered. I called the second company – Rapid Recovery Team – and Charles M***** immediately answered and 45 minutes later he, Steve and another guy were at my house starting the clean up process. Huge fans were brought in that night after the water was cleaned up and the drying process began. It was after midnight when the crew left. Steve and the others were so very nice, professional, and helpful. I didn’t have to do anything – except cry a little! After that, Rapid’s Mold Remediation Team did their thing, followed by their Reconstruction Team. I highly recommend this company. I am so very happy with all their work.
