On Wednesday October 4th I was approached by two employees. These two employees said that it has been brought to their attention that I am making one of their employees very uncomfortable. And it has occurred twice. When I tried to let them know it must be a confusion, they abruptly yelled at me that she was a minor. Also if it continued they would have me permanently removed. Speechless, embarrassed, humiliated, are only the tip of the iceberg to what had just happened. I have never made a complaint in my life but this is just the beginning of what I can possibly do to be sure that this level of unprofessional behavior does not continue.

I used Ross Services to install travertine around my pool, which looks great at first but within months the travertine started sinking, I called **** and he had a man come out to fix it, months later it happened again, they tried blaming it on a pool leak but still "fixed it". Now the same problem a third time, this time a different set ofen came out and it looks much better but still not great. I can provide the evidence of thr poor work. Now, the travertine on my driveway and walkway are cracking, the cement was done so sloppy and uneven which is why the travertine on the edges are loose and cracked. I did everything I was told to do to care for thr travertine. I don't know how this company stays in business, with their lack of customer service and terrible workmanship. I was told by **** to call the office, basically he seemed annoyed with me for complaining once again. I wouldn't have to combine had the company done the work correctly, especially when I paid 15k between thr front and back of my home. I want this resolved or I will file a lawsuit in court. I have all the documentation and photos if needed.

      Dear Customer,

We regret to hear of some of the dissatisfaction, but as you stated, we have continued to stand behind the warranty. The warranty period ended in March. We have spoken with the customer and alerted her we have a service **** that handles the repairs. I offered to make any repairs needed in a timely manner.

Shoddy workmanship. Failing product. Poor service response. I paid this company $10,000 to install Eurotile in March 2021. It started deteriorating in just 4 months. The product should be very durable if applied correctly. After numerous calls which I am promised repairs will be made. The rep is now saying it is environmental. So, if water sits on the driveway, and the driveway is deteriorating in those areas, it is environmental. Why would you instill the Eurotile outside? It was apparently not applied correctly for it to be completely falling apart. I'm frustrated with the product and lack of support I've received after a rather huge amount of money spent on a highly unsatisfactory result.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/01) */ Above stated project was completed in March 2021. Today 11/1/21 was the first time we were notified in office about an issue. All service calls are to be directed to office and unfortunately this was routed directly to the sales rep where things can get lost in translation. We have already spoken to customer and have scheduled a repair under warranty as stated in contract. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2021/11/11) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Well, the service tech finally arrived on 11-11-2021. He provided a cleaner to clean the stains. It will be alot of work to remove the stains. Still saying they are caused by water. Also, we discussed a giant 20 foot crack. The service tech said it just from the concrete and is expected. At some point, you need to realize this product should not be used on driveways. It should be used on church floors and padded carpet on top of it. I am disappointed after 6 months. I can't wait for 2 years. I still think the company can do more to fix this problem. Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2021/11/12) */ Unfortunately we are not able to warranty against stains caused by the environment (trees, rain, debris, leaking oil, car tires etc). It is unreasonable to ask for a company to fix stains that are explicitly not in our warranty. Our warranty also advises that cracks are not warranties for product customer selected. Customer selected a textured overlay that goes on top of existing concrete surfaces. We cannot control what happens to slab beneath (it's like blaming the painter when your house walls crack). So to recap, we sent tech out to provide a cleaner and help with the stains from environmental causes and explained that cracks in the slab beneath our product are not what we can fix. We are sorry that the customer isn't satisfied but we've made all reasonable attempts to help customer with his issues. We always strive for excellent customer service and once alerted of dissatisfaction, we jumped to help but unfortunately, couldn't help customer with these demands of stains and the crack inside his slab. We install a product that is know to the industry and explained the pros and cons before selling any product. This is a cost effective outdoor product for pool decks and driveways. Consumer Response /* (4200, 12, 2021/11/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Well I have to say that none of that was explained. Not that a giant crack would appear where no crack was before. Not that there would be stains all over the driveway. In addition, the warranty of this company is not very good because it really covers nothing. Also, the EuroTile should not be installed by this company. It might be a great product but it surely does not appear that way on way driveway.
