I used this business for my home inspection in February of 2021 as well as termite treatment after moving in in March. In May of 2021, I contacted and setup quarterly service, paying the entire year in advance for a fee of ***** I was told that someone from the office would call each quarter to setup appointments. After the initial service service in May, I never received any communication. On October 27, 2021, I reached out to *****, the person who had provided service previously, via text. He replied by asking when was a good time for him to drop by. I told him that I was home all day for the next two days, to which he replied OK. He never came or followed up. On November 4, 2021, I texted again and he replied that he would be over the following day. He never came or followed up. I texted again on November 10 and 11 and received no reply. On November 11, ****, from the office, called to setup an appointment for November 15, 2021, at noon. No one came or followed up with a call. When I called the office on November 16, I was told by **** that ***** had claimed that I stopped payment on my check back in May and that is why they were not servicing my house. After researching with my bank and obtaining images of the cancelled check #1247, endorsed by Bug Exterminators and posted to my bank account on May 18, 2021, I called **** bank and she said she would call me the next day after she had time to research. I never received a callback and called her on November 17, at which time she said she would research when she was back in the office and talk to *****. I also texted ***** on November 17 and provided images of the cancelled check and he said he would take care of it. As of November 23, 2021, I have not received any additional response. At this point I would like my money refunded for the remaining service which I have not and will most likely not receive.Business response
