On March/2022 my First American Home Warranty sends me AAA All Brands Appliances LLC, to fix a leak problem on my ** unit. They took 4 to 5 days to come to look at the *** they send **** & the first thing he said you need to clean ****, I told him how do you know that is **** problem, you didn't even looked at my *** he said I used my Machine to clean your clog in your tube, but that's not the problem. He never even looked or checked the back of the unit to see if the water was coming out, he just wanted to make some money. I told him that the Coil was cleaned not to long ago & that I don't need the **** clean, he left with out doing nothing. I called *********** told me that I have to use this company. I called the ****** & asked them to send someone else but they keep telling me that it a problem with my ****, they would not come. I was desperate so I told them to come to do the **** cleaning. **** comes does the cleaning & asked me to pay him with cash, I asked him for an ************ gave it to me. When he left the ** started to leak water a lot, I called Bill & told him that the ** was liking a lots of ********** was damaging my floors. He came back with 2 other *********** were sitting on the floor starring at the ** unit trying to figure out how to fix the ** leak. The patched the ** unit & tried to get a way with it. I told **** that the water is not coming out in the back from the tube, that's when he realized that's the only problem I had, it was the clog in the tube, the machine that they had used did not cleaned out the clog, but he should had checked the ** properly before telling me to clean the ****. Before he left he told & my husband that he will replace the **** for free because he new he made mistake & did something to my ** unit that it got worse.The FAHW knows that AAA company is bad & they have bad reputation. Today is 3/14/23 a year later & my ** is still leaking, FAHW will not cover to fix my **. We need to put them out of businessBusiness response

First on the floor it was damaged by the plumbing work that was done right behind the ** closet. If we would have done it my insurance company would have taken care of it . We have been trying to contact the customer by phone text and going to her residence On 2/23/2023 we were at the residence and took pictures of the coil and her contract service company denied the claim after they saw the picturesInitial Complaint

On 3/9 **** came to my home to do a tune up in my working a/c unit. It was working proper to **** telling me it needed a repair. After he told me it was all fixed and he left my a/c was no longer working. AAA was notified at 11:15 am that my a/c was not working after their service. At 2:20 they told me the technician would call me to explain what happened. My family has had no a/c for 2 days now. The technician did not called me. I have no idea when my a/c will be working again or what he fixed/broke. This is the second time **** has done this. In June 2021 **** broke my a/c and my family had no a/c for over a month. The company did nothing to help us.Business response

On 03/05/2023 customer placed a A/C check up from the service contract company they have a contract from .
03/09/2023 Tech arrived and customer said that A/C was not blowing cold air properly. Tech went up to roof and found the Evaporator was froze with ice . Ice was melted off by running the blower motor only and a freon leak was found. Tech called the office and reported that a service ticket was needed as a A/C checkup does not include any repairs per the contact.
03/09/2023 Parts manager try to order the part but the supply house was closed .
Monday morning he ordered the part and got authorization to install.
Since the customer stated that the tech broke her A/C twice the owner decided to transfer the call to another company.

I am rejecting this response because:
Today Im 3/14 and my home is still without a/c. I requested a maintenance to my unit, I never said it was not functioning properly. It was working and cooling. After **** did a repair that he said was needed, he left my home saying everything was working and fixed. No parts were ordered. The one time AAA responded to me the only information that could be given was that I would have to wait someone will contact me This is my second experience with AAA and **** and both times the same situation happened.. Do the customer claiming that the Tech broke her HVAC system twice I decided the best course was to transfer the call to a different contractor . I have also made it so we can not get another service call from the customerCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because: today is 3/28 and my home is still without a/c. Your company chose to walk away from a situation you caused, thats not a resolution. Your company does bad work. You treat customers rudely. your technician never called me back. You think refusing to fix a problem you caused is a resolution or good business. Your company actions have left my home without a/c since 3/9 and your company chose to not do anything to rectify the situation you caused. Im not the only person you have done this to and its the second time you have done it to me.

I called AAA 6 *imes *o *ry *o de*ermine how long i* would *ake *o ge* *he equipmen* and have i* ins*alled. A* no *ime did a live person answer *he *elephonera*her *he au*oma*ed answering sys*em kep* me on hold for ***** minu*es each call and *hen disconnec*ed me. I was *old by Choice Home Warran*y *ha* *he equipmen* was ordered on April 25. Finally, on April 29, I was able *o speak wi*h a rep a* AAA and she promised me a call back *ha* day regarding *he equipmen* availabili*y. She did no* call me back. On Monday, May 2, I called AAA mul*iple *imes and finally go* a represen*a*ive on *he *elephone Who *old me *ha* *he *echnician had *he equipmen* bu* she had no*hing *o do wi*h scheduling. She offered *o pu* ou* a call *o find ou* when *he ins*alla*ion would be done, because *he ins*allers were responsible for se**ing up *heir own ins*alla*ion da*es. She was no* able *o give me any addi*ional informa*ion & confirmed *ha* *he ins*allers do no* do a good job of following up when she calls *hem., I asked *o speak wi*h a supervisor. A* *his poin* *he represen*a*ive hung up on me. I have *he cell number of *he original mechanic so I reached ou* *o him via *ex*, being careful *o be ex*remely nice abou* how I reques*ed his help. He did respond early on May 4, saying *ha* he would find ou* more informa*ion abou* *his. He did no* reply fur*her on May 4. I have reached ou* *o choice home warran*y every day since *his s*ar*ed , as I have I 90-year-old paren*s living wi*h me. I* is ******* and i* is unbarely ho* inside of our home. In addi*ion, I feel fairly cer*ain *ha* my drywall, carpe*s, and bedding will be damaged as a resul* of *he ex*ended amoun* of hea*.This company has demons*ra*ed *errible cus*omer service.
