  This company came out to a residence i was visiting. They booted my vehicle while i was in a qualified parking spot. I was booted a week before and the *** booted the vehicle while I was standing right in front of him. Im being financially harassed due to the type of vehicle i have. Once the boot was placed on my vehicle It took 2 hours for someone to come and remove it.

  My vehicle was towed from my place of residence for not having a pass on 12/6/2022. A pass was indeed in the car however it was not visible. Prior to the car being towed it had no damage, but when I inspected the vehicle after ******** Employees gave me access to it, damage was done and a lot of the error sensor lights were on. After advising them about the damages they proceeded to forcefully drive the vehicle off of their holding property, and onto the front of their property & leaving it Running for an hour plus & going back inside the office ignoring me. At this point, the employees grew irate with the fact that they had damaged the vehicle. A Guy that stood as tall as 6 foot and weighed in at least 300 pounds, proceeded to scream and yell in my face. Not only frightening me but my sister as well. Not only was I in fear for standing up for myself and vehicle, but I was not treated kindly or how anyone especially a vehicle owner, whos paid the tow fine, should be treated. I then was verbally abused again to move the now damaged vehicle off of the property, once I refused and kindly requested the employee whod moved the vehicle where it was, to move it back, the police were called. They advised I take the company TowMaxx Towing, to court. Every employee refused to help or give any information. I asked for the owners information, every employee declined, asking me to leave the office of the property by screaming get the f*** out, advising that I was being extra and to move the f****** car, move the f****** ****, He proceeded to tell me I didnt need to know any of the business information. They also threatened to impound the car again if I hadnt moved it from where their employee drove it and parked it. The manager never even got out the Tow truck to greet me or attempt To solve the issue. Even after asking him to come out of the tow truck and assist me in a calm manner, he refused and advised I moved the vehicle or be impounded again. Please help.

  on the property you must have your pass on the car they know that

  car would not been tow if he had the parking pass on the car .

  the pass must be visible at all time when park on the property

  he did not what to pay for his car

  WE WAS NOT RUDE TO HIM

  My 2012 ******* genesis ***** was towed from my neighborhood. Upon entering the tow companies building I expressed to the receptionist in a cool, calm and collected manner that I did not understand why my car was towed when there were other cars in the same violation as mine. I proceeded to inquire with the receptionist as to why they skipped over cars,again in a cool calm and collective manner as to why they took mine instead. He explained that the apartment complex hires a company to check license plates. I wanted more of an explanation as to how that worked. The receptionist threatened to call the police on me for calmly asking why they had done what they done..I pleaded with him as to why I was threatened with the police as I had not come off threatening nor did I threaten him or was acting irrationally and he said simply because he was "irritated" that he had to explain to me too many times why they towed my car as he told me i was being recorded..i left the building for about 15min and came back as the receptionist instructed and paid my fine..as I got to my car to check for damages I see back by the driver side bumper that 5 distinctive gouges very noticeable on my car that was not there the night before because I check everynight before I leave my car to retire to my residence to make sure I'm parked between the lines and not obstructing another driver's from entering their vehicle and potentially damaging my vehicle even their vehicle. I proceeded to call the non emergency line to get a deputy out there and they instructed contacting the insurance but as we all know calling the insurance will only raise your insurance. The tow company did not apologize nor did they offer an options but to call my insurance so they can deal with the problem. I am asking for help or some type of resolution or compensation for this issue and as to why I was threatened with the police and why nothing was done when I presented the damages to the company not even a "sorry".
