Outstanding in every regard. Replaced our whole 4 Ton ********* system. 4 or 5 men arrived in the morning and were done in hours. Had warranty work a year later due to electrical surge and they came right out and fixed it. Very impressed with their service. They came out to install a whole new system on a Monday before the 4th of July holiday, completed the job in one day, truly lived up their name. Had been without AC for a week of 90 degree temps, so needless to say, we were very happy to have out system working at the end of the day. Thank you hard working guys at *******!!Review from David C

The employees techs and sales people that come to the house are always polite and are sure to explain every thing completely. I won't go into detail about my situation but Rich was quick to respond to make sure his customers are satisfied.Review from Mores B

What a great experience watching these young men who installed the air conditioner. They knew exactly what they were doing and I was very impressed. They were kind and professional and answered all of my questions and cleaned up everything before leaving! Highly recommend,Review from Joseph R

What a horrible company to work with.....supposedly came to fix my air conditioning, I asked for an quote and invoice, they just wanted a credit card info without ever giving me documentation. When I would not do that without documentation, they came to my house while I was gone and stole the fuses from my outdoor unit !! Beware they are a horrible company

We are in the process of hiring an attorney in reference to these untrue reviews. We do have verbal confirmation from Mr. ******** giving us permission to do the work at his home and confirming that the charge was going to be $1750. We still have not received payment from Mr ********, our installer went to the door when the work was completed and spoke with Mr ********, he left him with the invoice and Mr. ******** told him he would call the office with payment. We had called several times to get payment and Mr. ******** would either answer the phone and tell us he was not interested or not answer. We went back to the home and spoke with his wife about the outstanding balance and she was supposed to have him give us a call that evening which never happened. We also went back to the home and taped an invoice to his door. Please see the conversation below.

I got to talk with him a little bit in the end before he was finished. I had to go on a call for my work and so he left and said he was going to call back later today to me and he hasn't called. I just wanted to make sure everything was in sync.

It says there is no warranty on the coil, there is a leak in it.

• He did tell me that, he was just going to confirm it and then I had to go on a call. So did he say when it would be in and when you guys would be coming back out?
It looks like the coil would be in on Monday.
• OK, so they would come back on Monday or Tuesday, how does that usually work?
It honestly depends on what time it would be in on Monday if we could get back out on Monday. I could definitely schedule that for--I could probably get that in on Monday afternoon.
• OK, that's fine. I just can't do that on Wednesday, I won't be here. He had mentioned to my wife when he left that it may be Wednesday and I just wanted to make sure that wasn't the case.
No, I can move some calls around and get you done on Monday.
