I'm writing this review in regards to obtaining services from cool today plumbing today energy today HV** services. I obtain cool today plumbing today energy today through a warranty service. My single family home had an issue with the ** unit which resulted in repairs of an inverter box and purchase of surge protectors and a year warranty paid in full on that date. Please be aware of this company when the technician came and completed the work he gave me a zero balance on the invoice. Nothing was stated other than a zero balance and no items that I paid for. So it looks like I paid for services but what did I pay for? It doesn't state on the invoice just a zero balance the invoice didn't even state how much we paid which was $1,636. I asked for a full detail invoice the technician said he would send it through email which he sent another invoice that said $0 again with no items we purchase nor the amount we paid for everything not even a breakdown of what was actually being paid for. After contacting customer ********************** going back and forth trying to get the manager to contact me regarding this matter. I realized that the technician tried to scam us out of 500 plus dollars. The manager contacted us the following week. The manager said he saw additional receipts attached to original invoice that should have not been added. He had refunded us that money then said he would give us additional discounts which we found out all that was included in the warranty we purchased for the year. We didn't receive any discounts, and then three weeks later our warranty service that we paid for the year was cancelled. We received a email that we did not pay for a warranty and if we wanted the warranty we would have to leave our credit card on file. Now they scammed us out of an additional ****** . This company is unprofessional and lacks integrity. I would not recommend this company to anyone and please be aware this company does not have its customer s best interest.

Anything that goes wrong with an a/c unit ************************* can diagnose and repair. He is the reason we have been with Cool Today for over 14 years. Super people, super technicians and wonderful service!

I called this evening because of a leak from my air handler. I used my Triple 3 plan and Matt *********************** our unit with a pleasant and helpful attitude! He found the problem right away and went at fixing it completely. Ive been using Cool Today for a few years and have always experienced great responsive service.

Easy to deal with. Listened to our needs. No pressure but did explain the needs of our almost 10 year old unit. In FL that is important.

******** was patient and answered all my questions regarding my A/c unit and fixed my problems and explained why and how they occurredKudos to Cool Today.

I moved permanently to FL in April 2022 and learned fast that HVAC systems function 100% of time here, unlike in IL where I came from. Found Cool Air/Alert Air through Lowes and just had my second 6 months check. Ronnie did a great job explaining and educating me on pros and needs, on my cooling system.
