Revoking Limited Power Of Attorney and cancelling loan request. From: Rick S. Tampa. Florida SSDI/100% Veteran privilege This was a upsetting situation. Come out yearly, turned in to basic a-z service. False information to overhaul AC, Ground and Teco connection. Many people involved. Comunity Manager involved and advised us/then ran them off. Elderly abuse was brought up.. What a farce. A mole hill, that turned into a mountain. All of a sudden major problems. They installed originally March 2018. First $7,000.00 plus- then $13,000.00, scarry. First just turn off AC for a several hours. To arriving and stating have to turn off and shut down entire electric system for many hours. No way. Stay away from these con artists! They tried selling me a brand new AC unit when mine was only a few years old & only needed minor repairs. For over 2 weeks we had repeated no call, no show tech appointments & only 1 time did someone call to let us know they weren't coming. I had to leave work early for all 4 of these missed appointments.Review from Laura Z

This company replaced a part and the bill was not itemized. I looked up the part. I was charged about 300.00 more and was told it was the cost of labor . They took the warranty money on this item, claiming the part was very expensive. The bottom line, they made the money from my overcharged billing and the part warranty Not a trusty worthy company.Review from CELIA P

LIARS! FALSE ADVERTISING! They claim they same day service. Then they call with excuses that they cannot make it! They are 0 rated as far as I am concerned! I asked ARE YOU SURE YOU WILL HAVE SOME ONE COME OUT? ANSWER YES ! Well that was A Lie. then after hours of waiting for them to call NO ONE is coming! They are LIARS! LIARS! I would never use them ever! nor would I recommend them to anyone!Review from Jo H

Came out didn't even do a diagnostic open the panel and said I needed a new compressor quoted $4,000 for new compressor 12,000 for new unit I called another air conditioning company they came out found the problem fixed it because they actually did a diagnostic and I got it repaired for under $300 never use this company

Great company takes pride in what they do and offer the best product and solution available. Willing to do simple repairs and have fast honest service if needed. I lost air on the weekend and they were here within 2 hrs gave me multiple repair options and I went option 4 for the temporary repair to get my AC running for the moment. Also great electric work I called for a quote for some work and had a very reasonable good experience I been an electrician myself 20 years. 10/10 would recommendReview from Alex P

I dont know why AND services has bad reviews on here there fantastic and there ****** reviews are like 5 stars they came out and fixed my problem fast and professionally even gave me price options and credit options. I had AND SERVICES out a year ago as Air con not working; came out in eve and told me I needed a new air con system and HVAC costing $15K; my old system as only 4 years old. I was desperate as cannot sleep when hot so went ahead with it. (wish I had looked a reviews as they have done this a lot). I also found I should have got a rebate from manufacture that they have to give; took me 3 months to get this. Aircon Broke down 2 months later, it was repaired; then services 4 months later. 2 months later went wrong again; tried to get them out in evening as on web site says 24 hour service; informed that there were no spots available and no emergency spots; They said as it was Service Warranty and implied it does not have 24 hour cover; I guess only new customers so can suggest a new system!!.Not happy as not my service warrant runs out next month and have an air con system that keeps going wrong. I will be going else where for service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.Review from Gloria F

Have paid them over 3,000 since the first of the year and my unit that is only 5 years old still does not run. After them being here 3 times in 2 weeks my neighbor fixed it. They just want as much money as they can get out of you. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Was hired for spring maintenance of the air conditioner. The air handler was up in the attic. He told us there was a mold problem, insisted on being paid 4250 up front. After receiving the check, he told us that they will call us when they were available to do the work
