My husband new Matt one of the employees of Mr. Todd and when our AC broke we contact him to do the install and everything went smoothly, however the AC was never working perfectly fine. After months of complaints and several calls to Todd they agree to come and check and the result was the compresor need it to be replace. Before that they ask me to look for a second opinion and didn't refund me for that (which I didn't have to look for a second opinion since the job was still in warranty) When they finally came they made look like they were doing me a favor, by replacing the compresor, something that was broken since day one and they didn't know. A couple of weeks later I noticed the carpet in my guess room was soaking wet and I let my husband knows that there is something happening with the ac unit that is next to that room. Once he checked we notice that it was leaking pretty bad. We reach out to Matt again and he said that we need it to pay because the warranty for the job expire. My husband had a conversation with Todd (which is never being nice over the phone and always made our situation seems like if it is not a priority to fix my AC because new contracts are more important than fixing something) and he didn't seems to care again, so he let Matt knows and this is when this guy when completely unprofessional, cursing and calling my husband ******************* and some other things, saying that he better watch what kind of reviews he write. It is always been a hazard with this company, we need it to find someone else to fix the problem of a unit they put in. Nobody is going to be responsible for the damage of the carpet. My house smells like mold and I have a 4 months old baby that I need it to send to my moms house while we fix this problem. Todd advice we need it to contact him for complains and service but we didn't have to contact him when I pay $7,000 for the installation of the ac last year. After the texts I contact the police because I feel threatened.
