This started on Tuesday last week. Had a rep come out to tell me what was wrong. He said fan motor wasn't any good. Said he would be back in am to replace it. On Wed a office person called me, said they could not find one. She said let me see what I can do. Called back a little later to say they have located a refurbished one that will be trucked in. Said they will let me know when they can pick it up. Did not hear anything from them, so I called them on Thursday. Part still had nor arrived. Said they would try to locate where the truck was. Never heard anything from them. I called them on Friday and was told they still had not located the truck. That was the last conversation I had with them. I called a different company on Sat. They came out, replaced the batteries in the thermostat. Everything was fine then. I called Cool Now back on Sunday and told them to cancel my order I did not need their service any more and to not deposit the credit card I put the sale on. Found out later the credit card company that the sale was put on was already on that account. No work had been done from them. I called them every day, to check on the status. They said they would call me back with a updated status on the part. They never did that. It is the 3rd time I had to call them for an air-conditioned that was 4 years old that was not working. I told them I have copd and allergies. They kept promising me that they would fix it as soon as they got the part. Never heard any more from them. I will not recommend that company to anyone that needs service. I am hoping my credit card account will be credited with the amount charged asap. Thank you
