My complaint is against a person named Stephen M. who works under the company called Just Coolin AC. In December 2019, a new AC system was needed for my home. Just Coolin AC- after much research- was the company's name that installed it, but my point of contact was a fellow called Stephen M. who later wouldn't even disclose his name. I had to do research and look him up on a Google search engine. Red Flag. The outside condenser coil until located outside in the backyard was improperly secured or mounted onto the concrete slab. In the process of time, the cement slab had developed a crack through the cement. The crack extends all the way through the opposite end. I had called Stephen M. from Just Coolin AC and told him about it. He had nothing to do with it. I had even suggested that I can take photos of the crack and then send the pics to him. He, Stephen M., did not want or agree to this as well. Then, after sending the photos that I had texted him, I had called again. He then had "agreed" to send someone out in 2 weeks. I had said to him, "in two weeks'" Why two weeks? Mr. M. had said to get everything ready. Red Flag. I even sent a reminder, but after two weeks late, he has failed to come out to fix, install new slab, and to secure the foundation correctly. Know this, I had all the cinder blocks need to a make a single, solid platform to secure the condenser coil unit upon it. All Just Coolin AC did was to bolt down to the four corners of the concrete cinder blocks that the condenser unit is laying upon- which when turned on will make a loud noise from the movement of the fan spinning from a resting position. If not properly secured down, it will move or vibrate. That's maybe why a loud noise is heard when the condenser coil is turned on from an off position. He, Stephen M., was not in agreement as well. Mr. M. is a piece of work. Beware.
