              This company is fraudulent in their claims and actively work to extort money from you. They are literally impossible to reach as their phone's IVR system does not ever route to someone you can speak to. It just loops around forever. Once you are in their system, you are the hostage and they will not let your license be released until you bow to their every whim. I was convicted of a misdemeanor crime 23 YEARS ago and they will not release my license unless I jump thru a myriad of hoops that they have set up. There is no oversight on this company, they are free to act however they want, and they can do whatever they want to anyone who is foolish enough to sign up for their services.

              This place is ordered by the courts only place in the County that is allowed. They literally are stealing money bc they can. If need to reschedule,you can't Ever get a hold of them and when you miss something they say you need pay all and that hundreds of dollars. I was referred to treatment and went to (Crossroads) Crossroads shut down out of nowhere no one knew and all the paperwork went missing. I couldn't get a hold of counterattack when I kept calling, and it was fault according to them that I missed my appoint.( Tired of paying so much for Ubers to go to these places for nothing) . Now I'm supposed to pay hundreds again,even tho I was ordered to level 1 treatment, they forced to pay more for level2 because they said so. This system needs to be fixed, this place is a SCAM and they need to be held accountable or shut down. I want my money back too.
