First visit my husband took him and he treated him horrible for not having an answer for all of his questions, which some of his questions were personal and had nothing to do with his allergies. He was so frustrated with my husband, that he told him and I quote “ Pero carajo tu tienes Que saber estas cosas !!” just because he didn’t know every single detail. Fast forward to the next visit I couldn’t take him and neither could my husband so we asked my mother-in-law to take him. With her encounter, he was frustrated that the parents were not and started to treat her poorly and disrespected her .I disregarded his behavior at this time because we desperately needed medical attention for our son and brushed off his negativity . Today 3/18/24 I took my son there once again because we needed a medical clearance for his allergies to pineapple in order for him to return to school, when setting the appointment, they asked me to bring pineapples in a container so they can test him upon our visit. The doctor came back to the office and said he will not treat my because my mother-in-law wrote a negative review due to his disrespect at the time of her visit. Now I don’t know where legally they can do that, but we kindly ask her mother-in-law to remove the review in order to get medical attention, after the review was the deleted he then came back to the room and Stated he needed to do a skin allergy test which was the whole purpose of the visit, were already frustrated telling him we could not wait longer he proceeded to kick us out of his office stating he needs to see other patients. My son got no medical attention and he’s getting paid for my visit. I highly do not recommend this Doctor Who treats his patient and the parents of his patients like if we’re garbage. I feel very sorry for your staff.You are not worthy of being a doctor.

When a child has two to three household, the Doctor has to know their lifestyle to understand where the allergies are coming from. There is nothing personnel or irrelevant questions. Patients think we are invading their privacy by asking them about their ex-spouse or type of house they live in etc. When patients do not want to respond to the questions or don't know the answer it is not possible for a doctor to come to a conclusion. The patient was under our care since 3/23/23. Very non-compliant. Cancelled visits left and right. Parents want things and testing done their way which were not necessary. Plus, when we bill insurance, we have to justify and document.
