              Date: 12/20/2023- I did signed contract with *************************** for removing existing room and make new room after breaking old one with concrete extention and new room. As part of initial contract I paid via Check $5000 for approval from HOA and Pasco county. After check clearance I sent HOA form which he need fill out to get HOA approval. I sent text and he said it's in progress. I wait for whole month of January but no contact or no updates. I am keep calling on office number or his cell number. He never reached out to me. I am expecting my money back I found out that he did not even started any approval from HOA or county yet.

              The people at Marvic were great. I had a structure added to my patio about four years ago and they completely set my expectations. We were still in the midst of COVID and they told me it might take a while to get my materials. They also explained that the county was backlogged with requests for building permit approvals. Once my materials arrived the process was great. A team came out and laid the concrete slab. A few days later, a team of TWO had my structure erected and ready to enjoy in two days. In viewing some of the reviews, I am quite surprised. The sales **** ***** gave me his personal number and always returned my texts. I didn't call the office number, so I can't comment on that. The end result was amazing. We love our beautiful addition, and it has held up perfectly though two significant hurricanes.
