1. We have in writing from the leasing office on the rent charges in case of a lease break. The office confirmed that the charges would be only on the number of days in the apartment. However, now we are charged for the whole month.2. The move-out date is 3rd Dec 2022. Whereas the bill shows 5th December 2022. Yet no revision is done even after multiple emails.3. My account was debited for around $370 on November., 2022. Again the bill shows late fees $75 and an additional $104... No explanation was given even after multiple emails.4. I am charged for the carpet. We have already shared the pictures and videos of our washer leakage with the leasing office. They failed to repair it in time and while replacing the machine, all the rust and water spilt on the carpet and stained it.Why do we bear the charges for this?5. There is no representative to talk about billing issues. We don't get email replies from the billing department.This all is taking a toll on our mental health...Review from Pavla R

This is a company that will defraud you of your money. I applied for an apartment, paid all my fees of over $700 total, $425 of which was refundable. They denied me the apartment, but never returned the refundable fees they owe me. They said they would return it within 6 weeks. It's been well over 2 months and they still did not return my money.

Our refund checks are processed and sent out to the forwarding address provided to us within 3-4 weeks of the denial date; Please contact *******@udr.com if you have not received your refund so they can look into the status of your refund and assist you.

The main office lied to me about the application process and cost me $575 within 1 minute
