      July 1st- lawn has not been mowed and per my lease agreement, I pay 25 a month for this service. The community refuses to issue a refund for the months services were not provided. This in my terms is a violation of thr lease agreement. 9/30 the community only takes payment online. The system would not take payment online and I called them multiple times and left messages. I sometimes work out of the state and can not go to their office. I finally had someone go there Oct 4th and they called me. Remind you, I called that day at 8am and no one ever called me back regarding my voice-mail. Now they want me to pay late fee, for their system not working for days. This is unacceptable behavior. I demand the lawn care and late fee removed. I should not be paying for services not provided.

      I recently applied to this community but after actually driving they the community and seeing window air conditioners and poor grounds as well as speaking to residents telling me problems with water being shut off and flooding, which is not told to you upon touring a unit attached to the office and not the actual grounds. I decided it was not the place for me. I attempted to Contact them to revoke my application and stop the process. The community itself never returned a call (which I called 6 times leaving 3 messages) or email regarding this as well as I went to the office and it was closed during regular business hours closed due and I never heard from them again until weeks later. So I contacted my bank to reverse charges. I then get a notice stating I'm denied due to credit (which my mother was on the application too and has over a 700 credit score). Then I receive a billing statement for the reversal of charges for the application that I contacted them to stop, plus I've been waiting a month for the return of my admin fee. I continue to contact for the return of my admin fee I'm told finally after days of reaching out that it's mailed 30 days after denial, but was never asked where they should send it. To date I still have yet to receive my money nor am I getting a response.

Applicant initiated a stop payment which resulted in the payments being returned to the bank. Based on the subsequent communication with the applicant, she later advised the bank to release the funds after the payments bounced. The corporate accounting department verified no credits from were have been received to date. The returned payment (NSF) bank fees have been written off. Property has communicated with the applicant the recommendation is to contact her banking institution for status of funds.

      I have put in work order to have my dishwasher repaired with not even so much as an email about it. It has not worked in 5 months. I asked if I could buy my own and they said no. I asked if I could call my own repairman and they said no. But they ignore me? There is broken fence leaning up against my unit that they replaced and they won't remove it I have asked and put in a work order and my husband asked them as well, still leaned up against my unit. The fence is a windy day away from falling down. My neighbors have a big pitbull who would like my little dogs for lunch. I have expressed this is why the fence needs to be repaired and they have again ignored me. I was without A/C for over 24 hours before they came. They have never changed the filters once a month, I do that myself. The A/C maintenance is not kept up with. There is a vent in the hallway that was dirty when they painted over it and I have asked since I moved in to have it replaced, that has been a year and a half now. How do I get stuff repaired or fixed if they just ignore it. The pool is disgusting and littered with alcohol bottles in the bushes and the pool rope is broken and the pool net is ripped. They don't care. I bet they would care if my rent was late!

      Consumer Response /* (3000, 18, 2022/06/06) */ Multiple work orders have just been ignored/cancelled in the resident portal. Maintenance requests have not been fixed. They are doing lots of other repairs being done by outside companies. We still have a broken pool that they just put up caution tape, nothing was sent to the residents. I would just like the many maintenance requests to be completed. I have had a non working dishwasher for over 6 months.

      In am 67 years old and have lived here for over eight years. I have been content up until last month. The management moved in two African-American Adults and a small child. Their Marijuana and "Crack-Cocaine" usage is so THICK, that the fumes come through the walls and are effecting my health. I had to go to the Hospital again today because I could not breath. Florida Bar Regulations state this is illegal. I notified the management of Bungalow Oaks Apartments and they did not seem concerned. The management's suggestion was for me to move. Please help me, ***** ******

I filed a Civil Suit against their parent company Rangewater Residential LLC in Plantation, Florida. I cannot believe that this company that owns an Apartment Community where I have lived and enjoyed for over eight years are getting away with this! Will you be able to help me? ************
