If you care for your mental sanity, You would not move here. You can do everything you can to reach out for answers. Calling the front office daily they will forget you even made the complaint and forget to give you a callback. Consistent work orders that go unnoticed, until you make enough complaints are mademassive plumbing issues, Appliances that do not work, and subpar amenities. But of course, their front office and show apartment look glamorous but do not be fooled. The apartments look nothing like the show unit. And to make things worse you are unable to even view the unit you will be moving into. Charges are being placed on your account and then sent to collections without explanation. Do yourself a favor and do not move here. And to top it off they are under new management, ***************. So you can't even get an honest review.

Many issues since living at this complex. Toilet constantly clogs as well as tub and sink back up. No matter how many times you call the office no one picks up no do they return calls or respond to emails. Currently without heat for past two weeks. Constant changing of management but they are all the same. Maintanence requests are not completed in a timely fashion or just not completed at all. No regard to tenants yet we pay $1700+ to live in a s*** hole.

I have lived here for six and a half years. The current owners are who I would like to place my complaint against. For the past year, I believe, the water has been shut off to the entire community for hours at a time with little or no warning for repairs. The has happened about once a week for the past year. It began after the current owners took over. The staff is very friendly. The maintenance crew is great. However, they can only control so much. It is obviously that the owners apparently are putting masking tape on something that is in need much more intense repair. Secondly, I would like to confirm other former resident's complaints of indoor flooding issues. A few years ago, I had months of repeated maintenance requests due to sewage backup into my apartment. At one time half of my place had flowing sewer water on the floors. Of which I was left to disinfect on my own. These are duplexes. The adjoining apartment dwellers flushed things they should not have. I am over 60 therefore very apparent they weren't put there by myself. And yes, I have black molded carpet in the bedroom that houses the boiler/air conditioning unit due to the drain line backing up to indoors from years ago. The current owners have deleted all previous maint records from our resident portal, so I have no proof. I also have black mold in the other bedroom due to the sewage backups. The sub-contracted repair crews have seen this every time I had flooding issues. Their solution was to pull the carpet up and run a blower to dry it and run a dehumidifier period.
