              This organization sent my tenant a 3 day notice to pay THEM rent or move out. I called excessively (over 18 times) to find out why they are sending this notice and they cannot tell me. They gave me an email address for someone but will not provide phone number for someone who handles HOA finances however I have paid my HOA in full and early every month for almost 16 years. I just need to know why they are harassing my tenant

              I signed my lease with Lake Azzure Apartments April 2022. I noticed in July flooding in the bedroom. I have made several maintenance requests and spoke personally to the property manager regarding the issue. Maintenance has put several fans and humidifiers in my unit and requested that I leave them running until the carpet dries. It is now August 2022, I have kept equipment running 24/7 since July so my electric bill is extremely high and still nothing has been done. I've had Code enforcement officers inspect my unit and they found mold and water damage. The carpet has not once been cleaned and the flooding continues. I have videos of me walking in puddles of water in my bedroom. The property manager has mad it clear that they have no idea when the issue will be resolved.
