This organization sent my tenant a 3 day notice to pay THEM rent or move out. I called excessively (over 18 times) to find out why they are sending this notice and they cannot tell me. They gave me an email address for someone but will not provide phone number for someone who handles HOA finances however I have paid my HOA in full and early every month for almost 16 years. I just need to know why they are harassing my tenantInitial Complaint

My family and I have been treated unfairly and poorly as this management is neglectful with resolving various issues we have with our apartment. We have waited well over several weeks to have things fixed such as no electricity in our kitchen and numerous things within our home that are broken and that need to be replaced. This business is very poor with customer service as they first handedly show little to no care to fix our situation. We have contacted code enforcement ,specifically Code Officer Cynthia G. and have been told that this establishment is committing a code violation regarding our electricity.Business response

These apartments are extremely unsanitary they let the trash pile up and rent the apartments to an insane amount of people causing the parking to be completely full by 7:00pm. I've put in multiple maintenance requests and have never actually received maintenance. I was taken off of the bug extermination list and haven't received those services they advertised when I signed my contract. There is supposed to be a gate to enter the apartments but it Is always open, therefore not a safe environment. They have no regulation for noise. People are outside revving their engines at 12 am being drunk and loud and no one does anything.Business response

My complaint is that I be leaving in this property for 2yrs. I don't get results done . This pass Friday the 12th I complained about my restroom that is was floating with feces and urine . Nothing was done. I when back Saturday I show them pictures but I they said that the plumber is coming Monday. Already had problems with this and nothing has been resulted.Business response

We are only provided with denial or approval. We are not given the details and have advised the consumer to contact the credit office for this information. Please explain and show proof of my application.if I'm applying for an apartment why would I not leave any contact information.I have proof that I reached out first. You said I was denied but never gave reason nor resources for me to find out why. Then you contacted my mother and told her about the review I left on google (I have proof as well) then you sent over the reason after I advised I will be contacting BBB. You all are unprofessional and trying to lie and cover your tail. Then you called my mother back again after I tried calling and email you and you told her I was harassing you all. When on your review you said to call.
