              This email is in reference to a collections filed by one of your properties located in *************: River Pointe Apartments. My name is ************************** and I resided in the apartments from March 2020 to October 2022. During my residency in the River Pointe Apartments I was only late on my rent once and that incident was due to unforeseen circumstances. After fulfilling my leased rental agreement I exited River Pointe Apartments with no outstanding debts or balances owed. Upon applying for housing in another county it was brought to my attention that there was a collections notice from River Pointe Apartments in the amount of $5545!! This is erroneous and grossly inaccurate!! My lease at the time $1480. So mathematically that is approximately 3 and a half months behind!! There is no eviction notice or proceeding in my history the duration of my lease agreement. There seems to be a miscalculation or negligence in part pertaining to this matter. Please contact me via the provided email so that we may reach a satisfactory conclusion. Your help is greatly needed and appreciated in this matter.

              Current Resident review Water is turned off WEEKLY hours at a time ***** problem , the LARGE flying roaches My unit did not come with a microwave as advertised They constantly change the parking rules so ********* visitors will be towed ($225)High crime area Walls are so thin you hear EVERYTHING including cars, and all outside noises.Office staff does BARE minimum If You dont have WiFi or it goes off you will not have cell service.The maintenance team is good thankfully but if things were done correctly the first time maintenance would be needed so often .The paint over everything for the new units instead of replacing.Yes the rent is cheap for ***** but it would be worth it to pay a little extra & not move into River Pointe Apartments.
