I dealt with ****. He arrived at our place Nov. 6th, 2023 to look at our ******* stove top that was cracked. He explained that it would take a long time to get the part because they were experiencing problems obtaining parts for ******* and ** products. In some instances they were not even be able to get them. I asked if there would be a problem getting our money back and he confirmed that we could but would have to pay the $85.00 for the on site visit. We agreed and contracted ****'s services. The total cost for the part and installation was $621.00. **** required a $400.00 deposit to proceed which we provided in cash. On November 16th I contacted **** to cancel the service knowing we would have to pay the $85 site visit. It was at this time he informed me that I would need to pay $125 site visit plus an $80 restocking fee. It's worth noting that it's been ************************************************************ $40 more than originally agreed for the site visit. At this time I learned that I would be charged an $80 restocking fee for a part **** hadn't received. **** also explained it would take a month or so to sort out before he could return my $235. I contacted **** on Jan. 9th, ****************************************************************** I called again Jan. 16, 2024 and was told he would drop off the money owed ***. 17, 2024 and if he couldn't make it he would mail a cheque. I called again on Jan. 26, Feb. 4, Feb. 5 leaving messages but received no call back. I called again Feb. 8th and **** said he'd drop off the money the next day. I called several more times Feb. 9, 13, 15, 21 at different times saying I would pick up the money but didn't receive a response. The last follow up was March 11th, 2024 and I left a message that I would contact the better business bureau and post a negative review and still haven't received a response. It's been over 4 months since this began and it's still unresolved.

On January 18, 2024, I had had a problem with my refrigerator, and I paid *********************** $670 for his time to repair it. He replaced the compressor in the refrigerator for $370., yet it still failed. At the same time, I advanced him (stupidly) $370 to order a new panel for my stove top, which he told me he would order and it would only take a few days. Thus far, after repeated calls, texts, and emails, he remains unresponsive. I am on a fixed income and seem to have lost $370 to ********* scam.

8/24- I googled searched ******* Washer repair near me. I clicked on www.appliance-pros.com and called there toll free number an automated person came on asked me to put in my zip code to be connected directly to a technician in your area. *********************** from Appliance Production answered the phone said it would be $125.00 to come out and that would be applied to the repair. He came that same day and had to order a part asked me for a deposit of $250.00 which I did give him a check for. He told me the part would be in on Tuesday. Tuesday came no part he assured me would have by Friday. Follow up with him on Thursday and Friday no response from him from my many texts or numerous phone calls. I truly felt at that point he took my money and ran. I had to get my washer fixed since it's been over a week and connected through Angies List on that Friday and part was picked up and installed same day by another company. He new I was desperate to get my washer fixed as soon as possible it seems like he didn't answer the phone or texts purposely on 8/30 & 8/31. In one of my texts I even asked him to please to not scam me and he promised he would get the part and put it in. He did reach out to me today Tuesday 9/5 via text stating he picked up my part and to let him know that if I am available knowing that I work 40 minutes away and can not just get up and leave now that he is ready. He was aware of this in previous texts. $250.00 of my hard earn money gone and he seems to have a habit of this playing games with people according to the other complaints that I wish I had read prior to handing him a check. I only needed a ********** for my washer which was not draining he ordered I believe the entire pump assembly when I asked him he said whatever they send me? The pump motor was readily in stock and available in many places. I have been SCAMMED. I have all the texts on my phone and still need to upload them onto my computer.

**** came to my house to repair a door lock on my washing machine. He removed the door lock part from my machine so he could match it up and replace it. After getting my $100 deposit he blocked my number and will not reply to my emails. Completely scammed me out of my money.

The owner of Appliance Production was unfair and deceitful in his explanation of $470 pricing of a part with 20 minutes labor for a routine GE refrigerator repair of part WR60X26866. We are elderly and he tricked us into thinking we were very lucky that he had this rare part in his unmarked van. He would not take a credit card. He was very pushy for me to sign the receipt and get out of our house quickly. He said "I will not charge you tax."He charged $470 on 6-10-2023 and agreed it was reasonable to refund $250 when I called and spoke to him on 6-12-2023. I called again on 6-16-2023 and he said he would mail it as he wrote checks on that day. I have not seen any refund. He is very dishonest in the way he does business.Upon research, his company used to be "Discount Appliance" on YELP.

2/3/2023 *********************** arrived to fix my oven. **** asked for $500 so he could order the part. Upon fixing my oven I would owe an additional $313. **** told me the part would be in by 3/13/2013. I am 69 year old women and I trusted **** was telling me the truth. After weeks and months and no word from ********** called him. **** told me the part was on back order. When I asked when it would be in he said he had no idea. I asked **** for a refund of my $500 as I need my money back to find someone who could fix my oven. On my receipt from **** it states work would be completed by 3/13/2023. **** stated he would look into things and call me back. That was the last I heard from ****. **** will not return or take my calls, or respond to emails or text. I did some research and found **** had a review on Biazpedia from another customer he did the same thing to. I ended up also doing a review of ***** business on Biazpedia.I ended up getting someone to fix my oven who found the part for $108 and found it was not on back order. **** had inflated the price for the part and lied about the part being on back order. I do not think **** ever ordered the part and intended to keep my money from the start.

On March 9, 2023, I contacted Appliance Production LLC, *****************************************************************, ************, 727 422,4149, ************************ regarding services I needed to check out a complaint of my refrigerator of not getting cold in the freezer compartment. On, Thursday, March 9,2023, ***********************, of Appliance Production LLC, came to my address, *************************************************************** stated that I would need a control panel at the price of $450.00. with $300.00 down in order to obtain the part, or $85.00 for the cost of showing up at my house. I stated I would like to have the Frigidaire repaired for the price of $450.00.******* stated that he would return of Monday, March 13,2023, to install the control panel. I gave ******* $300 in cash and received an invoice indicating the $300 and the balance of $150.00.On March 13, 2023, I contacted ******* regarding the estimated time of his arrival and ******* stated he forgot to contact the parts department and he also forgot to inform me on Saturday 11, 2023, of this problem and that it would be Thursday, March 16, 2023, before he could come back with the control panel. I informed him that this was unacceptable because our food had to be thrown away and that I wanted my $300 back due to his negligent. ******* stated that he did not know when he could return my money of $300; as of this time, March 31, 2023, I have not received my down payment of $300 back from *******. It should be known that the attitude of ******* towards the return of my $300 was not going to happen.I had to purchase another brand-new refrigerator, my resolution would be for ******* to have his $85.00 service fee and the return my $215.00. We also have a loss of $100 to $200 worth of frozen food that spoiled regarding his negligence.
