Date of service: 10/10/22, appliance issue: dryer not starting, Diagnostic fee $89, called this business, random Russian man came to my home, had no company vehicle no uniform and a very small bag with 2 tools, said in broken English it is start switch proceeds to call someone and comes up with a price of $140 for down payment and made an appointment for that Friday between *****am to come back with the part to fix it where at that time I would pay the remainder of $148. I have an email receipt of my down payment. Company texted me Friday morning early morning saying the part was lost by way of **** I tracked the package and an investigation is open and nothing has been done about the lost package. I have tried for a week to get this company to answer all forms of communication from me and NO ONE will answer. When the man came in my home he handed me this business card and it is completely different info than the business provided. I feel I have been scammed out of my $140 and now this someone knows where I live. If they can do this to me, they are definitely doing this to others. Please stop this and help. So my refrigerator broke I believe it was February they said I needed a new compressor $900 we got the compressor done few months later just recently we also had the refrigerator breakdown they came back said we need a new evaporator coil $500 we did that lasted a couple weeks and broke down again I've been trying to reach the company since then to no avail I sent several emails several messages called them not getting any response this is going on 2 weeks now and I do not have a refrigerator everything supposed to be under warranty for one year
