            We hired Global Appliance on March 4, 2022 to give us a price to fix our refrigerator. The service tech was Mike. He look at our refrigerator and said we needed a new part. He said the part would cost $400.00 and that he needed to order the part and it would be in the following week. We gave a check in the amount of $400.00 made payable to Tessa P. since that is who the service man said to make it payable too. They emailed us a invoice for the $400.00 and it looks like it is listed as Global Appliance Repair/J & T appliance repair shop. I think the owner must be Tessa P. Our check was cashed by Tessa P. and we have not received any new part for our refrigerator and we have tried to call the company and technician several times and the phone numbers are not working. What recourse do we have to get our money back or get service. Thank You.
