I initially brought 2 painting pieces from ****. One was for *********************** and the other was **** CHECK GOKU. I paid 600$ for ****. **** came to me Oct 19,2021 saying he has a new epoxy coating he wanted to add to my paintings and he would do both for 200$. At this time I was flying in and out of town . **** said he didnt mind holding the painting until I got back. On Nov 15, 2021 at 2:05pm **** texted me asking was I in town so he can drop off both pieces. **** also said he messed up the **** Check **** and wouldnt be charging me for the epoxy on that piece only. **** also said he had to see if he is able to repair the **** CHECK GOKU or he said he will just give me another custom piece of my choosing. I agreed to that and told him even if the Goku piece is messed up I still want it because I paid for it but I still want another piece. **** finally dropped off my *********************** Piece on Dec 30,2021 @6:55pm. **** did not bring the messed up **** with him. Instead made up some story and told me to send him pics of the new painting I want done as a replacement. I sent him a couple of different pics but **** stopped responding.**** did not respond to me again until FEB 3,2022 @5:45A and switched up his WHOLE STORY. Now he is saying he can only give me a credit going forward to another piece . I explained to him that is not what we agreed on initially and at this point I just want all of my money back that I lost on the painting minus the epoxy. After going back and forth he said he will just send me 300$ via Zelle in 7-10business days and that was FEB 3 2022 @ 9:27am .Here we are OCT 19, 2022 and he will not respond or send me my ENTIRE AMOUNT OF $600 for that **** PAINTING
