Took my vehicle for collision repair, they charged $9,100 for repairs. The communication and repairs are horrible. Vehicle was supposed to be repaired and delivered on 12/8/2022. Took 2 weeks longer to deliver vehicle because they ordered incorrect replacement wheels twice and never communicated the delay. Have to constantly reach out to request update. After requesting several updates, I was informed the car was ready 12/21/22. They had me pay the $500 copay before taking me out to view the car. Once I inspected the vehicle, the repairs were unacceptable. One of the doors that was replaced was loose and would not close properly. The door was also bent on one corner. Both doors that got repainted had debris painted over them like the doors got painted outside and debris fell on it. There's paint drip runs on both doors. once of the mirrors was scuffed/scratched. Interior plastic was scratched when reinstalled. Steering wheel was not centered. When driving the car straight, the steering wheel was tilting to the left and also car had vibrations above 45MPH. Dropped off the vehicle the next day to get items corrected. Ferman Collision has had the car for 2 weeks now and stop responding emails and calls when I requested updates.Business response

In response to ************************* complaint, Ferman collision has attempted to contact guest via Phone and Via email to address his concerns that might still be outstanding with the guest.
************************* had concerns after delivery of his vehicle and notified *************************** shop manager which spoke with ***** and his wife. During or conversation ************************* sent an email to our shop supervisor outlining concerns with his vehicle.
The vehicle was brought back to the facility and addressed, and guest took delivery of vehicle once concerns outlined, were addressed and fixed.
We do not know what current complaints or questions ****************** has about his vehicle at the present time, we have been unable to reach him to learn more.
We ask that you please close this matter with no negative reporting on or against the dealership.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.***** finally returned my call on 1/5/23 after being ignored for several days by *************************. Forwarded all issues that needed correction to ***** and he made sure items were repaired.
Thank you ***** for stepping up and getting my issues resolved. Customers should not have to resort to filing complaints for a company to do the right thing. Vehicle was promised to be ready on 12/8/22 and wasnt delivered with acceptable repairs until 1/7/2023.
