I took my brand new 2022 Lexus ES 350 to Rashid C. who owns and operates Supreme Detailing. He ceramic coated and installed a full front-end paint protection film. He picked the car up from my residents and told me he would have it a few days. I was under the impression that he would drop it off once it was finished. He calls me a few days later and says that the car was finished and that he forgot he had a trip to Las Vegas planned so we had to go get the car. So we pick the car up on March 11th, 2022. Upon inspection of the car we notice irregular cuts in the film and areas of the bumper that had been cut in the paint. I have attached pictures in this report. We called him and asked why there was damage to the car and improper installation of the film. He says that he had been really busy and had no sleep that week. He said that he would fix it once he returned from Vegas. Didn't hear from him for about two weeks so we call him. He says that his mother was in town and he couldn't get to us for a few more days. A week passes and we call again. He said that he was going to come out April 10 and 12 to fix it. He never came out. He took a vacation to Costa Rica and said he would fix it once he came back. So the third time he said he was going to come out and fix it was April 19 and 20th. Again he was a no-show. He is not answering his phone. He will only text. He refuses to give us his insurance info. He also refuses to start an insurance claim. We just want our car fixed. He caused the damage and should cover all the costs to get it fixed. I paid Supreme $1500 to ceramic coat my vehicle May 2021 and it has a 5-year warranty. I contacted them to tell them about an area on my vehicle that I need them to look at and possibly repair. I was told that they are out of town so I asked when they should return and have had no response since. 3/10/22 was the last I've heard from them. Thank you.Business response
