Would not stand behind his work in the end. First he was happy to help and re do the work but then when I wouldn't answer his call in the middle of the day at work he got an attitude and told me this ain't going to work out and canceled after all I did was ask a question about his contract. Furthermore he tries to blame negligence on my part, saying I did not properly maintain everything. this is a lie as I specifically asked him what products I should be using to maintain everything so his work stays as it should. He was a "mobile" detailer and he had to use a friend's auto shop to do the service on my car originally. Auto shops aren't as bright as needed to properly see everything for a proper detail job on a car. There was a problem after the initial job was done and had to come redo some of his work furthermore proving it was a very inefficient way to do his work at somebody else's place of business since he did not have a location at the time of the job. Would not give a clear answer about any costs about redoing this either. I believe he was trying to "rope me in" to get more money out of me and scam me again. Very shady and unethical business practices. I would like to see some of my money back ultimately if possible since this was for a 5 year treatment and has only been Less than 2 years. Sorry you feel you had a bad experience, we are not sure where the miscommunication is but the fact of the matter is ceramic is not a set it and forget it service and you didn't take proper care of the vehicle as outlined in the contract and as we instructed you to do. We didnt come back to fix any mess up on our part we went over and above and actually polished the spots you caused by your own negligence parking the car  in sprinklers every day. You signed a contract agreeing to properly maintain the vehicle and you didnt do that. You also never called or answered our calls you would only text and refuse to hear us thoroughly.


Even after all that we offered to completely redo the entire car  for free! Top to bottom polishing and a brand new ceramic coating and you still wouldnt answer our calls or agree to our paperwork and you canceled, safe to say we did the best we could sir, god bless
