The issues Im having with this finance company is that they fail to submit on time payments to Credit bureaus. I constantly check my credit report and payments I have made do not reflect my credit report. I have my bank debit card as auto payment but the finance company for some reason doesnt allow the payment to go through as if they intentionally want me to miss a payment. Its the 3rd time happening! This finance company refuses to help its customers, the employees are bias and discriminative. Youd be lucky to get ahold of a reputable employee to help assist. I would like for HEIGHTS FINANCE to properly report payments to Credit bureaus. I also believe this company has my overpaying for a car that *** Auto refused to repair.Business response

**************** purchased in Nov of 2023. His vehicle has a 24 month or 24 thousand mile warranty but there is no record of him calling for any repairs. We would be happy to schedule an appointment for him if there is any service issue with the vehicle. As to the credit reporting attached is ******************** payment schedule showing timely payments and we have also attached the history of the credit bureau reporting. The documents that **************** attached does not show any negative reporting that I can see. If there is any proof that we have improperly reported his credit please provide to us so that we may look into it. I am rejecting this response because: I, myself, personally walked into their bosses office to schedule a repair. HEIGHTS FINANCIAL A.K.A *** AUTO on record are denying the facts! No i did not call customer service. I went directly to their boss to address the issues with the vehicle. The mechanic **** in correlation with HEIGHTS FINANCIAL A.K.A *** AUTO do indeed have record of repairs made on any vehicle. Also HEIGHTS FINANCIAL A.K.A *** AUTO removes $310 every 2 weeks from my bank account via auto pay but records here show i should be paying $553
On credit karma it shows HEIGHTS FINANCIAL But on Experian it shows *** AUTODouble dipping my credit
I will be escalating the issue and will be contacting the Attorney General to rectify the situation

**************** is horrible at communication Repossessed my vehicle for being two days late on a payment after being a customer for 3 years Vehicle was almost paid off and they repossessed the vehicle while I was out of town for a family emergency *************** said I could get the car back only if I paid in person and in cash only . They tried to charge me extra money on top of my payment Discrimination is definitely an issue here , if the women in customer service dont like the customer they will do anything to repossess the vehicle and the owner doesnt care about complaints against his employees. Treats thier customers like trash and talk to them like children .I have rims on the vehicle that were mine that I paid for out of pocket and they will not return them to meBusiness response

My car was hit by a pipe from a truck off big bend road. I filed a claim through my insurance and paid my deductible. I got the car towed to the dealer to get fixed I've called once a week to check status in which is impossible I keep getting the same answer they are working on your car. I've asked them numerous of times who is working on my car which auto collision place so I can follow up. She stated she isn't allowed to release this information!!!! I recorded our conversation and informed her it was being recorded because I couldn't believe she would not tell me where my car is at who is fixing it or when it will be done. I told them I am taking this higher. She calls me back tells me my car will be ready Friday! And nothing is wrong, I begged her to ask the Mechanic to drive the car because it was over heating and when the pipe hit it fluid was released from the car she says okay I'll call him!!! The manager Joann NeVER called MARIA called back this is unprofessional and skeptical I am writing this because now I'm afraid something else will all of a sudden happen to my car.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/08/26) */ On 07/30/2022, the customer picked up the vehicle. The vehicle was repaired. We contacted the customer to resolve any issues that she may have with the repair of the vehicle. The customer stated the vehicle has been repaired and is working satisfactory. Please let me know if I need to research any further.
