I sent the company a direct message on Tuesday 5/10/2022 through their Instagram page. I was inquiring about some wheels and tires. I asked what the price was and they said it would be $1950 shipped. I thought that was a great price so I asked how I could place the order. They asked for my delivery information phone number and email. They said they only accepted Zelle, cash app or Apple Pay. They sent me their Zelle info as **************@gmail.com I Zelle the money and they kept asking for screenshots that it went through and also a screenshot showing it was posted on the bank account. I let them know it went through and they said the items would ship the next day. On 5/11/2022 I asked for tracking info and they said I should be receiving soon. I received email with tracking info from the shipping company (R2gglobal.com) and they said I needed to pay a refundable insurance of $1200 to secure the package and that would be refunded once the items were delivered. I refused to pay extra and let them know I would messaged the seller on Instagram. The seller said I needed to pay that amount or they would not send the items. I let them know I would not be paying anymore money and i wanted a full refund of what I paid. They refused to send me my money back and kept saying I was disrespectful for asking. I reminded they told me it was $1950 shipped and they kept insisting I pay the extra amount for the insurance. When I said no again they said I was waisting their time and said I can pay $700 and when it got refunded to send them $500 back to them. I refused and asked for a complete refund and they said they cannot go back at this point and they would be waiting for me to collaborate and complete. I still haven't heard back from them and have requested a refund numerous times. I believe this is a fraudulent account. Please help me resolve this issue.Initial Complaint

I have communicated with this business via their Instagram account numerous times. I eventually decided to order a part for my business. They required payment via Zelle ($600) prior to shipping. Communication was on Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2021. I was told the item would ship on Thursday and that tracking information would be provided. I was told the item would arrive to my location on Friday Nov. 12, 2021. Once payment was made via Zelle, I was told to wait for the shipping information. On Friday, Nov. 11, I was told the item did not ship on time but that it would arrive on Monday, Nov. 15th but that I was not required to pay an additional $455 for a "refundable insurance fee" that the delivery agent would return back to me "in cash" upon delivery. Once this demand was made to me, I knew the business was a hoax. The seller demanded the additional payment and said he could guarantee the item would be delivered within an hour. After I refused many times, the seller than lowered the amount to $100 and again, said he would guarantee delivery within an hour (keep in mind they are located in Florida and I am in New Jersey). I have since refused to communicate with the seller and my last communication was demanding a full refund or delivery of my item. In hindsight, I understand now why the seller was not able to provide additional photos I requested. They simple do not have them nor do they have the product. They are most likely just finding photos of product on the internet and claiming it is in their inventory (all their photos have completely different backgrounds). I refuse to allow this business to continue without some form of a complaint and investigation. I simply want to get my $600 refunded or the product I purchased from them.
