      This business is purposely damaging vehicles that come to get repaired and then wont warranty or do correct work. The staff are deliberately and visibly high on narcotics and do sub par to horrible repairs. They dont honor their warranty and tell lies of the products that they are supposedly getting brand new but are used and rebuilt from damaged parts. This is truly a place that needs to be investigated and taken off of the Aamco corporate lease agreement

      We do not understand what this complaint is about. We went above and beyond to assist this consumer although he was outside of warranty we still went ahead with repairs due to the consumer being a veteran and we wanted to help. He has not been back to our location since the repairs. I have made several attempts to reach out to him with no success.

      My shop has gone above and beyond to please this customer. We replaced his abs module free of charge even though this module was diagnosed defective on a previous estimate of over $2700.
      We repair his rear rack and pinion, which is over $7000 item, free of charge. I refunded ********************** $100.00 to replace his old seat cover and an old battery cover that he claims was damaged here.  I have also arranged
      to have a small  dent on top of his car roof professionally repaired at no cost to him. There was no impact or structure damage to his front grill done on this shop. The cosmetic damage that ********************** is claiming are 
      normal wear and tear for a vehicle of that age that had also been re-painted.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      If the shoe was on the other foot and you personally would take your vehicle to a well known establishment like Aamco transmission is for over 60 years and unexperienced mechanic would work in your car and damage it and spend two months with your vehicle without you being able to get to work how would you feel ? Really and being honest with you Ive been more more than lenient with them and for all the damages that they have done I only received ****** I send them three autobody estimate and yet none of them suits him I believe by law that I have the rights to choose or pick the body shop that I want my car to be fix at because it was damage in there premises besides all the rest of the engine parts and he agreed on the receipt his guilt please investigate this thoroughly so I  could get reimbursed if the parts I had to purchase.

      All I am asking for is for them to reimburse me for all the currency that I spend out of pocket due to their negligence and all the damages they have created while my car was in the shop with an unexperienced mechanic working on my vehicle and also Mr. ************** told me personally. that he was about to fire the old man. Thank you for your patience and your time.

      That is 12 years old vehicle which has been re-painted and like my manager states in the video, if it would have been chemicals damage it would have  damage other parts of the vehicle paint not just the chrome on the grill.

      Thursday 9/23/21 at 7:30am I dropped my car off. My car was suppose to get diagnosed. After a day and half , I have not heard from Aamco, so in turn I give them a call to figure what was going with my car. When I spoke to them they act like they did not know what I was talking about. After asking me all the same questions they done previously. They stated they will have someone look at my car and get back to me about the diagnoses. Another day goes with no call. I called again and they then tell me that I need a certain part and that they need someone to program it and fix it and the cost approximately $587 on Friday 9/24/21. They stated my car will be ready by Wednesday 9/29/21. I waited to hear from them on Monday 9/27/21 no phone call. Its now Tuesday 9/28/21 another call from me to follow up. The proceeded to tell me they haven't look for the part of my car and still couldn't give me an estimate on the cost or when my car will be ready. This has been inconvenience of time/money.

The code from your vehicle indicated that your transmission control module was defective and it needed to be replaced before any further testing. The estimate that we gave you to fully repair your vehicle still stand at $3200.oo dollars and we will give you credit for your previous Diagnostic charges. Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2021/10/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They told me at the establishment they didn't want to be reasonable. So at this point I am at a lost of 400 dollars.
