Reis Auto Service Response

First of all the vehicle was driven top our shop against the advice of another mechanic. The driver **** **** admitted that the last mechanic, that was unable to repair it properly, told him not to drive the vehicle because it was dangerous.
The passenger front ball joint was broken apart and out of socket on your spindle. Which could have resulted in your entire wheel falling off the car. We told you that you had to have the car towed away if you could not afford to repair it. We explained to you that you had to have it towed because it was dangerous to drive in that condition, not only to yourself but to anyone else that shares the road with you. It was our responsibility to make sure your car was not driven like that due to liability concerns and public endangerment. You did not care about injuring others and you refused to tow the car and called the sheriffs office for help.
The sheriff came and disagreed with your allegations and told you that you have to tow the vehicle as well. You asked to have us arrested on zero grounds or broken laws. The officer told you we had not broken any laws. You shouted at the officer and demanded his badge number. Then you yelled and screamed at us as you did not get your way, calling us names and being very disrespectful. It was a very simple solution if you had just decided to take our advice and tow the vehicle in the first place, all of that time and energy could have been saved.
