******** promises all work would be handled by his peoplethe ******* ,two weeks later when they arrived and seen the job said it was out of the scope of their job? The ******* also told us that it wasthree inch height on lip of shower pan which it was not he lied to us about the complete deal we are trying to recover our 2000 dollar deposit we gave them It has been over five weeks waiting for out money!Customer response

4/9/24 I had an appointment with a sales *** to remodel the bathroom. I liked the product, but could not afford the cost at that time. The sales *** informed me if I could provide a down payment on that day, I could hold the price and schedule the actual installation date when I had the full amount. He even called his boss and confirmed this before a contract was created on his tablet.I informed him it would be at least 6 months because I had to save up the money for the full amount. We agreed to select standard white colors and basic stock items to assure no problems down the road with product supply. The sales man held the tablet and would swipe through the pages explaining the contract, then held the tablet while I signed using my finger. Im 76 with a bad back, so he stood and walked me through each page wherever I needed to sign.6/26/24 I called the Install Mgr. and cancelled the contract for personal reasons. A man named *** at ************. He said he understood and will start the process to refund my down payment. The ************ # is scheduling only. They can only transfer to ************. The 630 # can only promise to send an email to the ******************* seems to have several different names and locations making it even more difficult to reach anyone in the correct department to inquiry the status of my refund. The office can only say they will send my inquiry to the Manager. Several of the calls I made told me they were Bath Planet, but worked with Leaf Home.Today is 8/1/24 . I still have not been able to get my deposit back. $3,160.00 ***resents a lot of money to me.
