Today i went into a nail supply store that ive been going to for almost 5 years and today ive been disrespected and the owner ***** threw products at me in her parkinglot. i walked in and let them know im making an exchage which ive done at this loction in the past so its nothing out of the ordanery. they then proceed to let me know that they dont do refunds or exchanges in the rudest way possible so i asked them to show me thier polocy because you dont have a polocy i can review online or on my reciepts. at this point she is getting very upset that *** asked for her polocy so she goes to the area where the polocy was at and had to move boxes and items for me to see the polocy she is hiding. Ive been mistreated for no reason with the way i was talked to even with composing myself im actully very confused to why there is only one item in this whole world online and in person and she only has one paper she wrote on with marker and she has it blocked so that its not visible and im telling you ive been going threre for 5 ywars and have never seen the sign. to me i have been misinformed because one the sign is not visable and she has done exchages with me in the past. so at the end of all of this i told her that the products are not good and if she cant do anything to help me in any ways so i told her just keep the product then because it was bad quality product and im not going to use it so id rather someone else put use to them. i left the product and left the store and she came charging at me and ones she thought she got close anough she literally threw all the products at me and thankfully i was actully able to get all the way in my car and locked the door because i felt like i was at the wrong place and the wrong time for someone to make me feel like they where willing to physically hurt me after i kept my cool the whole time didnt even disrespect her at all for her to come at me in anyway. ive been in the service industry and i know i would have never reacted
