Do not buy from this SCAM COMPANY. Their lifetime warranties are not real. Their mall reps harassed me in public and verbally assaulted after I said no I do not want to purchase their products. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I just got scammed yesterday contact number was different company. This company should be prosecuted and stop. I want my money back. There is no such thing as no return policy.The product it wasn't as good as it was demonstrated. Scam and fraud.Review from Andrea G

This company is a scam. The iron and brushes are not worth $500. Then the employees that sell the products are constantly lying and telling customers they can return and they will do they hair. When you return they tell you need an appointment or it only during the week and then you go during the week its only up to a certain time. Big scam. The product.The price the no refund policy. A non working phone number. I'm so upset that I got scammed of nearly $150. First the price was $500 then 250 then almost 150. I wouldn't use these products even if they were free. They did my hair in curls there with a brush type iron. When I went home it was impossible to do. I tried several times. I went back the very next day. I tried with the sales person again and it was very difficult to use this product on yourself and get same result. It was extremely upsetting how I was treated so differently when I was asking for a refund because product wasn't working for me. They gave me a flat iron which I didn't need instead. I came home to use that and it dried out and damaged my hair instantly and didn't even fully straighten my hair.Review from Luis L

Very Pool Customer Service Company! Please do not buy their products cause you will get scammed with it., We are taking this issue with proper government agency! They must be stopped!

As someone who hates to be scammed I let my husband buy the product at the mall because he became emotional as the sales girl reminded him of his daughter. Oh my goodness lies about the product and healthy benefits way overpriced for a cheap piece of plastic. Does not do what they said an illusion and no return policy.Review from Laura D

OMG!!!!!! I wish I would've taken the time to look up the reviews before Spending over a $1000 on a ratty looking Halo extension what I come to find out to be $5 in ******** All the reviews I just read is exactly my experience as well. Complete scammers! Bought from kiosk at the mall in Orlando International Outlets. Catalina stopped my daughter and I walking. She started straightening her hair and showing her how well it curls. She kept offering lower and lower cost until we spent $213.00 for flat iron, brush, serum, comb, and lifetime warranty. Got back to hotel and it felt cheap, plugged it in and smelled like something was burning, made hair more frizzy and was rough going through the hair. She didn’t tell me it was no refunds but on receipt it states it. I can not believe that the mall allows the scammers to come in like this and how they are able to keep doing this to people.
