On 10/25/2021, ************************** entered into a GSA Marketing Agreement with Better Business Builders, ***. Per the terms of the contract, a $2,500.00 retainer fee was paid to Better Business Builders upon execution of the agreement for $50,000.00 in sales in which Better Business Builders would be responsible. Per the agreement, Better Business Builders guaranteed that ******* Corp would do a minimum of $50,000 in sales volume during the first two years after execution of the agreement. The agreement states that if $50,000 in sales volume is not achieved, Better Business Builders would refund ******* Corp any funds in which they had paid to Better Business Builders. We notified Better Business Builders on 10/4/2023 (letter sent via email) that we were terminating the contract per the terms of the agreement, and we requested a refund of our initial retainer fee of $2,500, since we never received any commissions paid nor any increase in sales volume within the two years following contract execution. We received no response from Better Business Builders as to our request. We sent a follow up email on 11/16/2023 and again received no response. We then sent a hard copy of the termination letter via certified mail, return receipt requested, postmarked 12/6/2023. We received the return receipt (which was signed) on 12/11/2023. Shortly after that, we received back the unopened certified letter, postmarked 12/26/2023, with undeliverable stickers on the envelope. The address we sent the letter to is consistent with the address on Better Business Builders website which has a copyright date of ****, so it is current. We are seeking a refund of the $2,500.00 retainer fee that we had paid per the contract terms. Better Business Builders did not provide any deliverables during the contract term and has not attempted to respond to our requests for a refund. We would like to get this matter resolved as soon as possible. Backup documentation is attached. Thank you very much.Initial Complaint

Our company Stealth-ISS ********** signed a representation contract with ************************* and Better Business Builders US, Inc. One we signed contract and paid we did not receive any deliverables. This was for representation and consulting serviced to win government contracts. We sent letters, emails and called (left voice mails) over the last few months, but no response at all. We want our money back from him immediately. If not we will be force to file a police report for theft and fraud and if needed take this to court. We hope BBB can assist with resolving this.Initial Complaint

I sent a money order to Better Business Builder for $400 (2 $200 money orders) for the company and another company called Win on Wealth and didnt receive any services for paying out. I was told it would be a government investment and I would receive benefits for this company and didnt receive anything. Im requesting my $400 refunded to me!
