DATE OF TRANSACTION: 7/20/22 PURCHASE LOWER TORINO BROWN CABINETS AND Pantry with drawers that re sliders with Quartz's installed sink. total $13,268.91. was ask by ***** ***** Designer for half down payment of $7,693.91. My friend *********************** and I were told 2weeks for order to come in. ***** sent me to UMI Tampa (7/20) to see *********************** showroom sales lead to pick out countertop. Chose ************** Avorio. Installer **** with 10yrs of experience came on 7/21 to measure cabinets, showed him the paperwork and drawings that ***** design for kitchen. August 8th spoke with ***** about when the cabinets were coming. august 15th another date for cabinet install. did not happen. august 25th **** and ****** started TO assemble cabinets. Did not finish because the sides to pantry cabinets were wrong size, no-show on 29th for cabinets, Missing was the sliders for pantry, the draw pulls that I did not choose, and installer install cabinets on the stove side in wrong places. I address these issues with both him and ***** and he refuse to fix the error and ***** wanted me to pay $1900.00 more to have another installer come back TO REINSTALL THE 2 CABINETS. ***** informs me that the QUARTZ I PICK OUT I CAN'T HAVE AND A REP WILL SHOW UP WITH OTHER SAMPLES TO PICK FROM. COST CHANGE WOULD BE $2955.83 INSTEAD OF $3799.78. ON MY CONTRACT ***** CHARGE, ME $4005.00. i HAVE LEFT 2 VOICE MAILS TO OWNER *********************. ONW ON 9/19 AND 10/15/22. NO RESPOONSE. TWICE ***** IN PHONE CONVERSATION HAS TOLD ME SHE WAS GONG TO SPEAK TO OWNER AND GET BACK TO ME. i SPOKE WITH HER ON 9/23 AT 9:45AM. SHE WANTS THE BALANCE BEFORE JOB IS COMPLETED AND STATES THIS IS STANDARD PROCEDURE, SHE NEVER STATED THAT WHEN I MADE THE PURCHASE ON 7/20/22. I REFUSE, AND ASK FOR HER TO SPEAK TO OWNER AND HAVE HIM CALL ME.
