n Sept 5th **************************************** my car at Audio Itch. When I examined the installation I noticed that the head unit adaptor kit was not installed correctly which was VERY obvious and visible. I also immediately noticed that my dashboard was scratched in several locations. I pointed all of this out to the installer. He took the car back, corrected the incorrectly installed head unit adaptor and made no mention of the new scratches on my dashboard. I advised the installer that I would have this fixed and send him the bill after he didn't replay to my repeated questions on the damage. After that he insinuated that I lied to him about the scratches being present after the installed, he insinuated that because I had animal hair in the car that he would do nothing as the cars value was low, he also indicated that because the car was older its value was low and he would again do nothing. He also said it was hard to see the scratches which is not accurate. He then became very agitated and aggressive towards me making both me and another customer in the store very nervous.
