This business is a scam. First and foremost, when you reach out to them for a quote, they are super responsive. Once they take your money in advance (full payment) they won't respond to your emails. I had an event scheduled with a location paid for in December of 2021, and they canceled two hours before the event was supposed to take place. I was able to reschedule the event (pay again for a location) in January of 2022, and one hour before the event was supposed to take place, they once again canceled with a different excuse. It is now, February 21st and they have not refunded me the money I paid in full in advance back in December, for the pre-paid event that did not take place and they don't respond to my countless emails requesting a status on my refund. Horrible business with horrible and unethical service.

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. This was resolved ASAP. My transaction merchant had released the funds early January and reflected pending for weeks. The client was Zelled her funds and we are currently working with the transactions vendor on the reimbursement.
