I placed an order on June 15th for 4 bottles of gummies and 2 vapes. I received 3 bottles and 2 vapes (missing one bottle of mango tango)My delivery arrived June 24th and I took a picture of the items received and I have emailed the company 4 times with zero response or communication. I have asked for a refund for that item or the product be shipped. No response from anyone.Initial Complaint

I ordered some disposables from them and they leaked out while being delivered so I tried contacting them over several times and they never responded at all so now Im out of my money and time because theyre products werent properly sealed very disappointingInitial Complaint

This business claims they refunded me for an item that was never even shipped or delivered to me. I was never notified the item was unavailable. The only info I received regarding the item refund was the packing slip of the shipment. The confirmation and shipped email make it look like the item is still available. The business will not contact me after countless emails. I never got my money back for the item that was missing. I will now have to dispute this with the bank which is ridiculous.Business response

Hello,
Sorry for the delay in regard to this complaint. Please see attached. I refunded the customer for the item in question for $18.22. We did try to refund it on 11/6 however our system would not let it go through. I do apologize. The rest of the items were shipped and received by the customer on November ********.
