I went into the store yesterday 1/21/2024 and was transferring my number and rep was very rude and was seemingly kinda sneaky with her sales tactics. I say advertised on the website that they waived the activation if bringing new business and showed her the promotion. She refused to waive the activation and then charged me for it because she said they are not corporate and they dont waive activations. I then told her I just wanted the 30 dollar plan and she added on insurance and didnt request that!!!! So she charged me an additional 12 dollars a month for insurance I dont need!!! She stated that it was free for the first month but I was still charged. I requested my receipt and she didnt want to give it to me. She hide the receipt and almost didnt give me my SIM card for my phone!! I dont know my pin or the security question answer either and not going to have to go back to the store to fix this issue!! Sales reps are forcing people to buy other products to get a promotion and is not a valid way of doing business. You cant force someone to buy other products just to get a promotion unethical sales practice this business should be shut down!!!!
