      Booked a charter with this company, during booking process, prepaid fuel emblem was on the booking. Signed a contract that said nothing about fuel after yacht charter was cut Short because of weather, I was told I would be refunded for the remaining time. A few weeks later, I checked my credit card and only got a $54 credit instead of a $500 plus Credit. After contacting their employee, he told me I shouldve been issued the refund and he will get back to me. After getting back to me, he told me it was a mess up on the accounting side, but they will not refund me and he knows its wrong and they apologized, but it is out of his hands.

      I had a horrible experience with the "Every Day Funday" yacht. I had booked it for my birthday on 6/18 and needless to say so many things went wrong. The air did not work in the cabin area, the ice they provided was melted therefore our drinks were hot, the speakers did not work, therefore we couldn't even play music and the boat looked very old and ugly in person. I paid over $3,000 for a horrible experience. I called their customer service and spoke with representative Shayna to explain my experience in hopes they would try to correct the issue, whether that be a portion of my money back or provide me with something else for the inconvenience. When I explained the situation to Shayna she was very apologetic and informed me what to do in order to address the issue. I submitted a complaint with video and pictures of proof of the air not working. They responded and they told me that they couldn't do anything about it because they had already closed out my account??? If that was the case, why would Shayna inform me to submit a complaint? And on top of that she confirmed when my boat ride was. So there was no indication by her of it being too late. I think I should have at least gotten something back for the inconvenience just to show that they actually care about their customers. I responded back to that email from them but no response back. Therefore I put a comment of my experience under one of their Facebook posts and they deleted my comment and blocked me from commenting. I will continue to let everyone know about my horrible experience until this is rectified.

      Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2022/08/16) */ As we discussed with this customer, Anchor does not own the boats listed for charter on our website. We are the booking website and platform. We do our best to assist customers in a timely manner, however, payments must also be made to the boat owners, captains, and crew in a timely manner... therefore, disputes must be received within 5 business days (1 week) of an incident. Any further out and all of the payments have been made to the Captain, Crew, and Owner. We also provide a post-charter phone call, emailed receipt, etc. This customer had multiple opportunities to reach out to our team within the 5 business days. Here is where the problem lies. When I called and spoke with your Representative, Shayna, and informed her of the incident, she should have reiterated your policy at that time. But she DID not. I even asked was it too late and she told me No, then proceeded to inform me on how to submit the complaint. That is the ONLY reason why I submitted the complaint. Your representative misled me into thinking you all had good customer service and would try to do something to correct the issue.

      Myself and 11 others rented a charter through them that was less than desirable. They ended up not giving back the $500 deposit. We decided that we would write reviews so this wouldn't happen to others. The owner of the business then looked up our places of work and wrote bogus reviews about our companies in a retaliation attempt. This caused some to have to speak to their supervisors and internal issues. The owner never even reached out to me about the complaint that could have easily been solved. His blatant retaliation over reviews from customers is a huge issue.

      The complaint is against a charter fishing company. We are a Yacht *************** specializing in Marine Diesel repair. I believe they have the wrong company name or if someone else is using it, you have the wrong contact information..
