Made purchase from a Facebook add, paid 39.95 with an expected delivery within 10 days. Item was never delivered, while attempting to contact the merchant, the website is no longer working or their phone number. Make matters worse, I've been experiencing the receipt of fishing texts and emails since I attempted to make that purchase.Initial Complaint

I ordered a cup for my wife on 2/3/2022. I got a confirmation email confirming my purchase that same day. I got another email on 2/9/2022 saying it was shipped with tracking number UT308432739TH when I try to click on it it doesn't work. I have emailed them twice and got no response. I spent $39.95 and at this point just want my money backInitial Complaint

Placed an order for a lamp January 14th. for 59.95, received a confirmation email and a shipping email on Jan20th. Tracked the packed from China to the US until Jan31. After that there has been no shipping updates. I have reached out to both of their emails ********************** and ************************* and they say the emails do not exist. This is a fraud company and I wish for a refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a lamp from the website The Muggle World on December 10th 2021 an got emails confirming my purchase then an email a couple days later saying it shipped but the tracking number isn't working then I emailed the website an got an email back saying there email wasn't found in the system. Placed 11/12/2021 arrived in the US 12/1/2021 and order has not moved since. Email to ask them about the order and get emails back saying the email no longer exists. I just want a refund.
