Company Is charging fees for another company that has not upheld their agreements. This shady collections company is black mailing me and other members of my community and we are tired of the corruption.

The emails regarding this complaint went into my spam folder. This homeowner set up a payment plan with my company. I am not sure why he would set up a payment plan, then file a complaint. The complaint is not warranted.

      Thank you,

My HOA sent an outstanding bill of $265.50 to Axiom Resources in July 2022, I received a letter / bill from Axiom in the beginning of August 2022 stating total amount due is $721.51. I call them to discuss and they told me per the contract with the HOA, the fee (greater than 2.5 times) included are the flat flees agreed in the contract. I don't think the fees charged is within the law but if they are, this company is ripping people off and HOA should not be using them. I will reach out for league advise to pursue further. I would like further explanation on the ridiculous fees.

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/08/25) */ The homeowner was sent to collections for non payment of his HOA dues. Our company adds collection fees to all accounts assigned for collections. The owner can avoid such fees in the future by paying his annual bill in a timely manner. Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2022/08/26) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The fees are too high and I question whether they're within the law. to my understanding this is one flat rate fee which is too high

This company works with an HOA, they have never sent any documentation of a bill or statement. They finally sent a "letter" but never had any details on it. We contacted them and was claimed to owe $5,000 but never have sent any documents and refuse to do so. They claimed to put a Lien on my home but I don't have any information on that either. I would like this company investigated and would also like a statement.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/14) */ Axiom Resources has been in communication since July 2019 regarding Mrs. ******'s delinquent HOA account. The Homeowners association placed a claim of lien on the property prior to placing the account in collections. That information can be located in the ******'s county court. Several letters were sent to the ******'s home address, some of which resulted in phone calls from the ******** Mr. and Mrs. ****** have had a few conversations with my office over the few years their account has been in collections with payment plans being offered, yet the account remains delinquent. They did however remit three $20 payments to our office in 2020, proving this complaint to be without merit, the owner is very much aware and has acknowledged the debt to Axiom on a few occasions. The last conversation, on March 31st, the ******'s were offered another payment plan on their acknowledged debt at which time they stated they would contact Axiom back after reviewing their ability to comply with the set terms. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/04/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This business has Not sent an actual statement in over a year. The last mailing was just to call and discuss payment plan in which we did call and it was unreasonable amount they were asking. They wanted $400 a month which is not even close to a reasonable amount considering this is actually ********** mistake as to why it's in collections (I have documentation for that if needed for court if it comes down to that) I never claim I didn't owe money, I am clearly not able to pay $400 a month so I am asking for a statement so I can track the payments I will be making that fit my budget. What I asked for is an actual statement with all charges and fees owed etc in a detailed amount. I don't understand why this company will not send a detailed statement so that I can continue to track these payments I will be making. So if I could please get that it would be what I was asking for to begin with and I can continue to clear this situation up. Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/04/15) */ ***Document Attached*** I would also like to add that if you look at the reviews on Google others have had issues as well with getting ledgers/statements. All I am asking for is a statement with all charges and I will make the payments I can make in my budget. I want to keep track due to the fact of lack of communication.

I moved to a new community that is under construction 8 month ago. My mailbox is block 70% of the time do to all the construction trucks. My HOA claims they sent two invoices with the first payment dues for the HOA anual fee and I never received any of them. The HOA dues where for $139 per year base on what Melissa B. from Axiom just told me since to this day I have never received a single letter from my HOA. That being said, this Axiom company is sending me a collection letter for $548 instead of the $139 when they have never sent me an actual invoice for the the original amount. They don't have any proof or way of showing that they did sent me the original invoice and now the irresponsable company is attempting to harm my credit and that unacceptable. Companies like this are not above the law and they can't just do whatever they want without consequences. I will make sure to put them in there place so they learn how to do business with integrity and decency. This people are thieves and should pay the consequences.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/01) */ Mr. *********'s account was sent to collections by his homeowners association. The association sent Mr. ********* two notices prior to sending the account to collections. Mr. ********* stated to Axiom/ACR that he did receive the collection notice from ACR/Axiom which is how he claimed he was made aware of the delinquency. He used the information on the letter sent by Axiom/ACR to remit his payment online. Mr. ********* should have been made aware of both homeowner associations that govern his community at the closing of his home. I encourage Mr. ********* to refer to his closing documents and or speak to the title company. If Mr. ********* did not receive a bill from the homeowners association he should have contacted them or their management company to inquire. Axiom/ACR did nothing incorrectly with the collection of Mr. *********'s delinquency. We simply onboarded a delinquent account and collected the delinquency, as we were asked to do by the homeowners association. Axiom/ACR did not report nor does Axiom/ACR plan to report to any of Mr. ********* credit reports. His account has been closed out of collections with Axiom/ACR as paid in full through December 2022 and is in the process of being sent back to the association. Mr. ********* should make note that his homeowner association bill for Mirabay Homeowner Association is due each January. If in the future, Mr. ********* has trucks blocking his mailbox, and does not receive their notice, he should reach out to them and inquire.
