Wow, even though I don't qualify as a customer for DNA because my collections are with individuals rather than businesses, DNA provided a lengthy, insightful response to a question I poised. DNA is clearly a service-oriented business and one I would highly recommend based on this brief interaction.

We have been using John with DNA for many years and they are the only company I would use for collections. John is beyond professional but still makes you feel like you are talking to an old friend. He quickly gets any placements we send his way handled and stays in communication with us the entire time.
