I have been a client of this company for several years. I would like to cancel my account, and there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM WITH ANY REPLY,they charge me, and they won't communicate with me or take my cancellation. this is outrageous. they think they can charge me for the rest of my life and not accept my right to cancel.Initial Complaint

YourWelcome charged us $1,800 on 11/9/22 even after I sent formal notice in October that we are not renewing. We have explained to the cancellations department as well as support at YourWelcome multiple times now that the shipment was returned as undeliverable for the return of the tablets. I have attached **** receipts and documents to reflect this. In an email from support, ******************* stated that there is a 14 day grace ****** AFTER subscription date which would place that final day for receipt to be November 23rd on 9 out 11 tablets (the remaining two were not due back until FEBRUARY 2023). As you can see the package was mailed to the address provided by support, shipped on 11/21, with a delivery date of 11/22, instead it was returned to our office after making its journey to ***** and back to our office on 11/23. We then sent it to the same address using **** receipts attached also with tracking and this one was successfully delivered Dec. 5th.We notified them we were cancelling a month in advance. We sent the tablets back to be delivered within the grace ******.They charged us $1,800 **** failed to deliver with clear evidence provided.YourWelcome has possession of the tablets.YourWelcome locked all functionality of our account.YourWelcome fail to provide a refund. Your Welcomes' stance that we should bare the burden of a third party miss handling their property is absurd. What did I pay $1,800 for on 11/9/22? We have no possession of your property nor any access to the services.I expect a full refund processed.
