The employees that are trying to sell for this company are EXTREMELY unprofessional and VERY rude. When calling in to a professional business, you should act accordingly. After being told we are not interested in what they are offering 2 times by different employees, they proceeded to continue to call right back and ask why we wont buy from them, would not take no for an answer and would hang up each time and call right back. All the while, not letting anyone speak to a Supervisor about the issue. If a company asks you to please not call back , that they are not interested, that should be in the end of the conversation. You dont continue to call in spite and be rude. Do NOT get involved with this company. They do not take their prospects seriously, like it is a game of some sort. Shame on you.Business response

Bill360 contacted the individual shortly after their experience with our sales representative. A senior leader within our sales team reached out and apologized if their experience with Bill360 fell short of expectations. We stated that Bill360 takes all feedback seriously, and that their comments helped us identify areas where we can improve. We understand their frustration and already took steps to address it.
