    Ordered Windows 11 online. It doesn't work on my laptop..I have made 3 requests to get my money back....no replies..I have started an official payment block with my credit card company..This is ridiculous! I am not done with them yet.....I assure you all!

    Ordered Office 2021 and did not receive Product/License Key via order or email. Invoice states its was included on invoice and it was not. Nor was it emailed to me. I called company and received their voicemail. They state 24/7 support and chat is available. No chat link is available on their site. No response to email. This company is NOT legit! AVOID.

    I have called, emailed this company untill I'm blue in the face. Was unable to download purchased software, Microsoft Office Home & Student 2016 (33.99. I have played cat and mouse with this company since January 2022. They don't seem to care that their product doesn't work. I have asked them for a new product key or my money refunded. It's as if they have disappeared. I think this company is a scam.

    Same here. Paid to get MS ****** 2013, which was suppose to be 39$, they charged 95$ to my card and the download link on their website or their email doesn't work. Even the Install instruction detail page is blank. This is definitely a fraud.

    Scam, purchased MS Excel & Microsoft said it was exhausted. Contacted company be email and phone and they never provided a refund or responded. I hope Microsoft goes after them.

    I have to click a star rating in order to send this review. In fact, I give no star to this company. I bought OFFICE 2013 from the web and received an email with 3 links; (1) 23 bits (2) 64 bits and (3) download instructions and a license key. But the links didn't work. I sent an email and no reply for 2 days. Never deal with this company.
